Where to Stay in Bali?

With most hotels in Bali situated in the south of the island, each continue to have their own feel. The western beaches are a hive of activity and shopping centred around Kuta, with Legian and Seminyak just to the north offering villas and luxury hotels.

Rocky cliffs and quiet coves feature in the southwest in Uluwatu and Jimbaran, while the white sand beaches of Nusa Dua in the southeast are perfect for families and water sports. The rainforests and rice fields of Ubud are a respite from the streets and the isolation of the luxury resorts with amazing views draw honeymooners to this central region.
